Is Tona free?

Editing is free: every LUT, adjustment and preset. Exporting videos and photos requires Tona Pro, a monthly or yearly subscription. The yearly plan starts with a free trial for new subscribers.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tona, and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next charge.

I paid, but export is still locked

Open the subscription screen in Tona and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy Tona Pro.

Why don't I see some LUTs?

LUTs made for Apple Log footage appear only when a log clip is open. Regular videos show the Rec.709 LUTs.

Can I use my own LUTs?

Yes. On the LUTs tab tap Add and pick a .cube file.

Where is my exported video?

In the Photos app. With “Save as latest” turned on, it is dated today so it shows up first.

Do my videos get uploaded anywhere?

No. Tona processes everything on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
